Start with the high seam and install one x inch metal to metal screw.
Screw it down in a way that its fits tight over the humps of the metal roof.
Use your feet to flatten the flashing down over the contour of the roof.
Step 4 nail it in using your hammer nail each side of the flashing to the roof so that it is securely fitted.
As the hole in the flashing is slightly smaller than the pipe you will be able to have a close fit around the pipe.
Clean penetration using appropriate cleaner from roof deck to 8 high.

If you do not wish to form your own corner flashing you can buy pre bent pieces and cut them to size or use a piece of corrugated aluminum which is easier to bend.

Bend the corner flashing tightly around the corner.
Insert backer rod between penetration and flashing and push down approximately 3 8 to form a pocket.
Place corner pieces where panels will meet bends at the edge of the roofing.
If there are gutters installed on the eaves the eave flashing should be installed to overhang the lip of the gutter by about 1 2 inch.

After screwing it down securely do another bead of silicone around the edge also put some silicone on all the screws as well.
